About Shelby

Hi! My name is Shelby Nortch. I am an real estate agent in Texas and Oklahoma.  I am apart of Nassau Ridge Realty in Oklahoma and JPAR in Texas.

I had a heart transplant in 2018, which caused a lot of uncertainty in my life however, my husband, family and friends really helped me spring back from it. I am doing great... actually phenomenal now!

I graduated from Stephen F. Austin in December of 2019 and have pretty much been doing real estate ever since! It's the best! I have a pups, his name is Ralph and is a Newfoundland! I got him after my surgery to help me get better. He isn't a certified service dog, but he was a way to constantly keep me up and moving, which is what I was needing. I tend to call him the "goofy Newfie" because he's just that... goofy! I absolutely love traveling! It's my favorite thing to do. Mine and Zach's favorite place is probably Cozumel, but I know that will change as we get to travel and experience more! Making memories has been a huge goal of mine and Zach's. He's been with me through everything and I couldn't be more thankful for him and the role he plays in my life! I also love to workout and read all books real estate and romance!

WHY REAL ESTATE?

I got into real estate because I LOVE helping people. When at SFA I studied hospitality with a focus in food management. I always thought a "happy" day for couples and families alike was going to eat, and while that is the case - 1 think the happiest days are when they're getting married, buying their first home, selling their first home to move to a bigger home, having a child and such!
