About Carolyn

Leading Nassau Ridge Realty with over 28 years’ experience in the field, Carolyn Thompson is a multi-million-dollar producer based in Northeastern Oklahoma and an accomplished real estate trainer and mentor nationwide. 

An e-Pro REALTOR®, Certified Post License Real Estate Instructor, Certified Continuing Education Real Estate Instructor, Technology Trainer and HUD Property Purchase Trainer; Thompson has taught classes of agents in over 39 states and is Certified as a Continuing Education Instructor in 20 states.

Thompson is a detail-directed problem solver as a managing broker specializing in service through emerging technology adaptations. Thompson owned and operated a real estate compliance firm to check files for independent real estate offices nationwide to ensure the highest standards of quality control for client offices.

Civic involvement is also important to Thompson as she has long participated in company volunteer activities such as RED Day and, in 2008, founded REACH (REALTORS® Encouraging Active Community Help) a program through Oklahoma Association of REALTORS®. 

Thompson is a LeaderhsipOAR Graduate (2008), Leadership Sand Springs Graduate, Charles Bowles Inspirational Award Winner, Excel Award, and served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) for 6 years.

As Thompson’s children grew, she served in various parent teacher associations, sporting clubs and as President of the Sand Springs Softball Association for almost ten years.
